We operate with three different types of collaboration

1) Investment with co-participation of us and our investors

Features and remuneration:

  • Minimum investment by the investor euro 10.000,00
  • The percentage of remuneration is redistributed on the basis of the invested capital and the sums flow into an account from which in no way the money can be withdrawn, except for the operations indicated in the management contract of each individual investor.

2) Investor disburses 100% of the investment capital

Features and remuneration:

  • For investments up to € 1,000,000.00 + VAT the capital gain is divided 50% between VipHouses Investments and the investor.
  • For investments over euro 1,000,000.00 + tva the capital gain is divided 60% for the investor and 40% for VipHouses Investments.

3) Significant investments – over 10,000,000.00 euros

  • Reserved negotiation


  1. the amounts in value and percentage on capital gains are calculated gross of taxation, as taxation varies according to the type of person receiving the income.
  2. All contracts are legalized by Studio Notariale and translated by a legalized translator.
  3. We manage your properties, selecting tenants, collecting in the name and on behalf of the investor the rents.
  4. We handle tax and fee payments on time as required by law.
  5. We manage any routine/extraordinary maintenance needs.
